I have a serious issue. I work out on a treadmill. My Pulse at start is around 80-90.?

However further down the wrkt say at 15 mins ( I walk at speed 5.8 and incline 3) and sometimes do interval workouts.) the p**e would be 110 but further 5-10 mins ltr my pulse wud be down to 70 and will keep coming down to 60. I never manage to get it up. Is something wrong with the machine? or with me?

  1. Usually pulse rate increases it is very dangerous that your pulse rate is dropping so radically please stop exercising and consult a Doctor immediately you might be having low blood pressure or something like that


  2. Normal heart rhythms are 60 to 100 beats per minute. 100 to 120 is called Tachycardia. 40 to 60 is called Bradycardia.

    When you exercise, your heart rate should increase to 80-110 beats per minute.

    You're fine. Maybe your machine has a warranty.
