Sometimes I am okay with sugar and go long periods without "abusing" it. But after having a significant amount of sugar (like after going on vacation or eating too much sugar just one time) I seem to get very addicted and can't break it. I want sweets constantly now after coming back from a long weekend vacation where I allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted. (It was at the shore so of course lots of ice cream). Willpower alone isn't working for me.
