I have a set in stain I can't get out of a white skirt, any ideas please?(WITH PIC)

Here is a picture. I went through my drawers wanting to wear this yesterday, but when I was ironin I found the stain. Looks like coffee or something, I have no idea. The actual skirt as you will see is white, I tried to bleach it, rub it out, wash it, etc. I cant get it out! anybody know what i can do? thanks!

1 part water and 1 part white distilled vinegar, spray it on the stain and lay out in the sun to bleach the stain away. May require more than one application, But it does work.

believe it or not 4o9 cleaner takes even oil paint out and every thing I'v ever tried it on!
