I have a short fat grey spider about the size of a marble or the tip of an adults pinky finger. north pa erie?

grey with brown spots found in windows cracks porch corners and siding. Largest seen the size of a reg marble. round "slightly" elongated body. web pattern unknown. Could this be poisionous?
