I have this sleeping problem. Usually if i sleep late (like around 12 or so), i wake up about 6-8 hours with no problems. But if i sleep earlier (like 10), i wake up around the middle of the night, like 2 or 3 AM in the morning and i can't get back to sleep until 3 hours later.
is there anything i can do about this?
By the way, i'm not really into the whole sleeping drugs/pills thing.
