I have a slight pain in my abdominal area, just below my sternum on the right side. What could be causing it?

I was checked for a hernia and all they could find was some scar tissue. Any ideas??? It has been there for like 4 years.

Another possibility could be something like a cyst (an example only) or even a condition called costochondritis (another example only).

Costochondritis is an inflammation of the cartillage around the ribcage.
