I have many canning supplies and kettles. My cabinets are small and the pressure cooker and open kettle pots are too large to fit. I've seen 6ft. tall, wooden cabinets, but can't seem to find on the net. Please help.

A pantry cabinet may be what you are referring to. A canning and pressure cooking pan is around 16" deep with the handles.

You are correct - you can not find many full depth pantry cabinets on the Internet... perhaps due to shipping sizes?

http://astore.amazon.com/kitchen-cabinet... has one pantry cabinet that is 24" deep and perhaps just wide enough - I am not sure how much room the frame takes.

An island cabinet and large base cabinets also work well for storing large items like pressure cookers.

I agree  - more full depth pantry kitchen cabinets sold as such should easily  available. Traditional pantry cabinet sizes http://www.brandsconstruction.com/Copper...  are 24", 30", and 36" wide but are not easily available on the internet. I would suggest you to utilize your walls wisely. For example, you can actually put shelves or baskets on unused walls.

I think it is best if you stack up items in your kitchen too. One important thing to remember what it seems on the plan isn't on the floor.  

As for your large items, you can try to keep them away when you're not using them.

Take a look in close-out stores: Sometimes they have inexpensive storage units.

If all else fails, you could get a book shelf: I have that for some extra kitchen storage, and it actually looks pretty good.
