  1. YES it is possible, it is not a good idea because she is smaller than the male. She also may not be old enough. And if she needs a c-section it is like 3000-4000 but a spay is like 200 or so.

  2. Yes, it is possible.

    spay- $60- $250

    c-section- $500 & up

  3. with these type of breeding it's best for the mastiff to be a female and for the boxer to be the male.boxers have mastiff bloodline somewhere in their genes and a lot of people breed these 2 breeds together to get the bigger boxers(bully).if by chance your male bred to your female and you dont waht that pregnancy you can take her to the vet the next day and he/she will inject her with oxytocin so she can expel.the c- section is when the pups are too big in the female and they have to open her up to take the pups out(performed only when they cannot be born by natural means)

  4. Yes, it is very possible. Look for the nearest spay and neuter clinic in your area. Mine charges $55 to have a dog spayed. I doesn't matter if there pregnant or not.

  5. YES

  6. yes it is.  and yes there is something like a morning after pill for dogs to abort unwanted puppys .. call your vet in the morning for it.  It has to be given in a small window of time after mating.

They can abort the puppys also by doing a spay on her, but the risk is higher for bleeding if she is pregnant.

  7. It's possible, but extremely inadvisable.  Those puppies would be huge and put a lot of stress on the boxer.  Go get your dog spayed ASAP, they'll still do it even if she's pregnant, and I don't believe they charge more than a standard spay.

  8. Yes its possible for them to mate and breed.  Its not reccommended as this puts the female at a huge risk for complications.  Plus we dont really need more mixed breed dogs.

Abortions..  you call the vet and ask how much as spay is for a dog her size..  spays vary from around $65-250+

Cecarians can cost anywhere from $500-3,000+ .. depending on if you can do it at your normal vet, or if it needs done at the ER vet because your dog is having her pups in the middle of the nite!

  9. It IS humanly possible for them to breed. The cost for a c-section is probably between $300 and $700, depending on vets experience.

  10. A C-section is over a thousand dollars.

A spay is a LOT cheaper, and will prevent your poor dog from having puppies that have no place to go, and are too big for her - and it will also make it so the male is not interested in her any longer. She can

be spayed if she is newly pregnant, and it will all be over and done.

You should also get the male neuetered at the same time - you don't want to find out he's gotten to anyone else's dog - most other dogs will be her size or smaller, and that would make you responsible for whatever happened to the female - and the possibilities are all really scarey, horrible,  and expensive.

Better to get them both done now,  and there won't be a problem.

  11. yes it's possible  but if you're not breeding one or both of them get them both fixed before you have a litter that will put the female at risk.

  12. That would be just cruel, not to mention costly.

  13. Yes Yes Yes it can and will happen.I have seen a dachshund female climb the stairs to be high enough for their male german shepard to breed her.Ugly puppy had a head so big his poor little body could barley hold it up.Cost differ with your area and state so call your local vets also if money is a issue check with clinics in your area or call your local shelter ask if they have any spay neuter help aids some times they will help you or give you information on half price spay or neutering.Even though  you said nothing about getting ether one of these dogs fixed it should be number one of your to due things.Soon as she is out of heat I would get her fixed if she is PG that will take care of it make sure you tell your vet you think she might be.Tilks Mom
