  1. parties are a bit boring, especially if you don't do something to spice it up. i suggest you and your friends go see a movie or hang out. or you could to a beach or park and have a water fight. bring water balloons, water guns, bottles, etc. if you really want a party at your place, make it fun. bring music everyone's into and dance. if that turns boring, rent a few movies, pop some popcorn, or order in. have fun!

  2. Happy Birthday!

There are lots of things you can do at home!

You can have a girls' night.  Invite your friends over and ask them to bring their favorite nail polishes and hair accessories.  Also their pjs and fluffly slippers if they're spending the night.  Do manicures, pedicures and each other's hair and send out for pizza and ice cream.

Whatever you choose to do, you can set up an ice cream bar.  Get chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream and some toppings.  Sprinkles, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, etc, and then go to the dollar store for the tall sundae glasses or plastic wine glasses and have your friends make their own sundaes.  Decorate in a sweet shop theme.  You can even make popcorn too.

You can do a movie night too.  At the dollar store they have those cardboard containers for popcorn, get some of them and microwave popcorn and candy you would get at the movies.  Figure out what movies you and your friends would want to see, and rent one or two.  Line your the entry way to your house with christmas lights, the stringed lights, the clear ones you put on the tree, one set on each side so they're walking down the lighted way, into your home.  The invites, make them into tickets, so they have tickets to get to their movie party.  When the movie starts they have their popcorn bucket and candy and serve them drinks.  For food you can send out for pizza and you can either buy a cake or bake one or bake cupcakes!  Tell them to bring blankets and pillows if they're sleeping over so they can lounge out while watching the movie on the floor.

You can do a taco bar and have tacos with all the fixings, or an around the world food bar, with tacos from Mexico, Pizza from Italy, and so on.  Then do the ice cream bar as dessert or your cake as the finale.

You can have a dinner party with you and your friends.  Ask your mom to help you with this and see if you and your mom can make dinner for you and your friends and have a dinner party for your birthday.  From appetizers to dessert.  A real dinner party, and the dessert being your cake or ice cream, etc.

What about taking the party outside?  You can camp out in a tent, getting sleeping bags, flashlights and music, etc.

You can have a bbq and games you can play in the yard.  Get a slip and slide and have water balloon fights.  Have relay races, potato sack races etc.

You can also pack a picnic for you and your friends and have a picnic party for your birthday.  Even if you do it in your yard. Do everything outdoors.  Set it up on a big blanket, maybe an umbrella or two for some shade, and have your party outside.

I hope some of these ideas help and that you have a great party!

  3. If you have a park nearby, you could have a picnic lunch for them (sandwiches, coleslaw, potato salad, cupcakes).... check the craft stores (Michael's, Hobby Lobby) for cheap flip-flops, and the accessories to decorate them with!

  4. have the girls make pizza from scratch in your kitchen....its cheap but messy...but you have to give one thing up for another sometimes....tip: have pizza hut or papa johns on speed dial just in case it turns out nasty....it will be though and thats the point....you could also buy a book on braclet making and by the string beads or that plastic string stuff we get at camp back in the day and have the girls make braclets.....or movies and junk food always works

  5. Do you live near a park or school? Ask mom or dad to get you a bunch of water ballons and a bucket or two. Tell your friends to bring a towel and water guns and go have a water fight. If you're parents are willing, find a place that has a barbeque and ask them if they can barbeque for you. Add chips and salsa, soda pop, and cake, and you'll be find. You can also find an inexpensive pinata and fill it with one of those big bags of candy. Unscrew the broom handle, find a hankerchief to cover eyes, and have everyone stand at least 10 feet back.
