Question:

I have a small hunchback

ok, im 15 years old and i have a small hunchback...im 6 feet tall and i spend around 3-5 hours everyday on the computer

anybody know how to remove the hunchback?

note: im mexican, we dont believe in yoga.

  1. Start using proper posture.

    Alongside that, see a chiropractor and have your back adjusted. Do you have scoliosis?


  2. Just don't hunch, stand up stright! Keep your back straight  

  3. so what i do with that?

  4. sit on a gymball at your computer and make sure its low enough that you have to keep your shoulders back.

  5. I hate to tell you but exercise ..............just plain exercise

  6. all you got to do is put your back straight up when you sit down or stand up. my mom used to say put your back up straight, and i said why? she said because when you arch your back you will soon start to see your back curve!! just try that and see if it will work. its gonna get used to but it works trust me!!!

  7. go get a back brace it will help to straighten ur spine out and ask a chiropractor FIRST in case your hunch is more extreme.  

  8. first of all since when have all mexicans not believed in yoga its not a religion its exercise try going to see a doctor for an x-ray it might require surgery if you dont want it to get worse

    but if by that you mean the every mexican then my a$$ because im mexican and ive never heard of that

  11. Make sure to sit and stand up straight.

    I have the same problem.

    It's easy to slouch while you're on the computer, but you can't do it because it will cause a lot of medical problems in the end.

  13. Find a bell tower somewhere, I think they might be able to help you there.
