Okay so I've searched the net for possible answers of what it could be, and I definately know that its NOT breast cancer, its not painful when I touch it and I can easily move it around, and its underneath the skin.

Its somewhere located near the middle of my armpit

Could it be a swollen gland?

  1. It could be an inflamed lymph gland, or it could be an ingrown hair. I'm pretty sure swollen lymph nodes are painful, so I'll say its probably the latter.

  2. a swollen lymph node... maybe you have an infection...

  3. might be swollen lymph nodes due to infection either chest or any other associated infection..make sure you don't have other infections or fever..another cause be Lymphoma,lypoma..or any other viral infections like infectious Mononucleosis, well its better to visit your doctor and do a lump FNAC or any other biopsy to rule out any serious illness.

  4. Most likely it is a swollen lymph node, especially if you've had any type of chest or throat infections recently. If you start to develop more of them and they become harder and lumpier, this is a serious concern that needs immediate medical attention. Another possibility, although less probable, is that it is a lipoma, which is not something to worry about.
