I have a solution for India! What do you think?

Question

I proposed that the Indian Government grant 3000 km squared land at the very south of India, maybe kanyakumari, where only strict libertarian Ideals are practiced. In that area only a very small government can make policy, and only LIBERTARIAN ideals can be policy. It wouldn't be given any special name, we could just consider it to be a SEZ (special economic zone), but in this case the government wouldn't use eminent domain to take the land away.

If the development of that very small peace of land is pleasing to the Indian people, they can try to adopt the same policy on a national level.

My belief is it would be India's Hong Kong or Dubai... or Tokyo

Indea is good but difficult to implement in India. Politicians won't leave any inch.
