I have a song in my head , it goes - "You were meant for me.."?

Anyone recognise this song? I thought it was a sixties Beatles song but seems not . Not the Jewel song of the same name.

Here's an interesting link to unreleased Beatles songs, there's one called 'You were meant for me' from 1957, so maybe that IS the version you heard somewhere?...
