  1. I have the same or similiar recorder. Your best bet would prob be buying a DVD burner(not computer) and feeding the video and burning it to DVD in real time. I tried the software that came with my recoder and tried to stream into my wife's labtop to burn later and had nothing but problems 1 minute into uploading. It was flickering and had poor quality. I'm not an expert at it, but I did do everything that was in the instructions. Good luck!

  2. Simple and cheap.. You already have a very good software installed on any windows PC. The free movie maker that's included is really good and require just entry level skills to make your own movie. You will still need another program to burn/convert it to DVD.

Just follow the link underneath and "you'll get the picture".

    Good luck

  3. If you haven't already captured your video (or if you have problems later on) it's a good idea to look at firewire rather than USB to transfer it.  Once you've edited it and rendered it to the best format you can, convert it to VCD (or SVCD?) compliant MPEG using Super and then burn the disk with Ashampoo-Burning-Studio-Free.

DVDs and DVD burners are now very cheap - if you decide to go that route you can use DVD Flick to convert and burn your edited footage.
