I have a sony sdr-sr5e & when it comes to making dvd's it always tells me that there's an error.?

the dvd authoring tool error comes up after 50%. can anyone help please? thanks

What authoring tool are you using?  What's the error? Are you always trying to make a DVD from the same footage or is it after 50% of any footage?  Has it ever worked?  If so, what's changed?

Does your PC have enough memory to complete the task??
