I have a sore throat help!?

what helps a sore throat i don't want to gargle salt and water it make me throat up so what to do help me please!

gargle listerine.  It kills ALL bacteria in the back of your throat.  I agree with the salt water - it's gross, but it really helps.  Get chloraseptic spray or drops at the pharmacy.  Stick to soft foods, suck on ice cubes to soothe the throat, Tylenol/Acetaminophen (not motrin or alleve) for pain/fever and just wait it out.

Try Cloraseptic throat spray and Secret Throat lozenges.  Take some tylenol or aspirin for the pain...
