Whenever I wash my hair they fall out a lot and they even become rough after I blow dry them. What do I do to avoid this? Is there anything particular I should be doing while washing my hair to make them soft? If you have any articles or links I can refer to, it will be great. Thanks!

  1. You probably have really unprocessed, dry, and damaged hair. Do you use alot of heat to style your hair? That can make your hair rough and dry like that. Also if you are a swimmer all the chlorine can dry out your hair and make it like that. Try using these products or something like them:

    Shampoo:

    Conditioner:

    Strenghtening Spray:

  2. Well use a lot of conditioner (Fructis is great)... as for the falling out, it is normal for some hair to come out, but if it is abnormal, consult your doctor.

    Good luck!

  3. use conditioner and a shampoo for dry hair, and DO NOT BLOWDRY!!!

  4. firstly condition it loads and brush it heaps to make out all the extra hair comes out first and don't blow dry it - some hair will fall out in heat like straighters and blowdryers. leave it 2 dry naturally an don't use too many hair products

  5. Are you brushing your hair before you wash it?

Another way is to start combing it with a wide tooth rounded end comb while you have the conditioner in and gently pull out all the loose hairs.

Don't worry about it coming out.

After you get out of the shower repeat with the comb and start from the bottom of your hair and work your way up.

You may have more hair that comes out but that is ok too.

Brush your hair on a regular basis with a rounded brush while holding on to the hair thus you are not tugging on your scalp if you know what i mean.

Finally trim your ends every 30 days on the dot. JUST THE TIPS.

A leave in spray conditioner will help in this process as well but not too much if you have oily hair.

  6. I would stop blow drying your hair, because the intense heat of a blow dryer causes your hair to become brittle, and it's very damaging. I would use a shampoo that does not contain any detergents, like L'anaza Healing Hair Care. It'll make your hair shinier, and stronger, and softer. I would definitely try this product.

Another great product that I use all the time is the hair products from a salon in Beverly Hills called 'Juan Juan.' The product is called 'Platinum,' and it's amazing. My hair has never been so healthy, but you have to use all the products provided. It's expensive though (I use it because my dad does work for the company, and I always get free hair products).

Trust me, I have used everything, from normal shampoos that you could pick up from target, to the top of the line products that you have to specially order. I'm telling you, the products that I recommended to you ACTUALLY work.

    Good luck!

  7. SUNSCREEN

  8. You can try a different shampoo?

and to make my hair soft. (don't know if it will also work on you) I used this hair oil and then I blow dry my hair to prevent it from breaking.

You could like try herbal essences, tea tree oil.

    Not sure.

But a friend of mine uses those and she says it works miracles.

    Though am not sure.

    Gudluck!

  9. u use beetroot juise before washing your hair ,then do it for 1 week then your hair will never fall.

  10. it's called conditioner...

    or leave in conditioner...

    sry.
