I'm sorry to say but, in this ban list and in this format, the spellcaster deck really took the hit. With the cards that you have now, I really can't make a good deck since chao sorcerer, Tsukuyomi  and magician of faith are both banned. If you would still like to create a spellcaster deck even though you don't have all the cards to do so. Then, here it is :
