I have a split toe nail?

ok i just split about a bit less than have of my big toe nail its still attached and it was bleeding not alot and it only hurts a little bit right now should i cut part of it of carefully?

If you can cut the part that is loose off that would probably be best because you don't want to take a chance on snagging it and hurting yourself more. Don't worry it should grow back and be just fine.
