I have a spoon stuck in my toilet How do I get it out

We have tried reaching in and grabbing a hold of it, we have tried a magnet it seems to be stuck in the u bend any suggestions?

this sounds like a forks job, (spoons are such cowards), throw in a fork to rescue the spoon, but attack the fork first to a proper line in case he gets lost. if that fails, i hope u provide flush with a prayer, no spoon deserves this fate!

You will have to either buy and use a toilet auger, which might grab it and allow you to pull it out, or if that wont do it, purchase some dap, toilet bowl to floor screws, if necessary a new wax ring - if its totally flat, replace it. All of this because...., you are going to have to pull the toilet up to get the spoon out of the bend through the bottom.

you'll probably have to rip the toilet off.  if you still cant get it out, buy a new toilet!  oh and i like to smash the old toilets open to see why they were clogged :-)

Sooner or later you will have to pluck up the courage to stuff your hand down and grasp the spoon.  grip it and wiggle it about and it should come loose...  How did you manage to get a spoon in the toilet in the first place?
