I have a spot on my..........?

ok, i have this reddish, purpleish spot on my breast that used to be a pimple. but i squeezed it and it still won't go away. it doesn't hurt or anything, but what do you think it is. i'm afraid it might be cancerous.

It could be an ingrown hair, a subacious (sp?) cyst, or staph infection. But if it doesnt hurt then it is most likely not staph...
