I have a stalker and she posts stuff about me and my family all over the place. How do I stop the hate crime?

This woman is a former seller to me on ebay.

She is stalking me because of a transaction gone bad because of her negligence.

Now she is starting blogs about me and my family, Posting personal information and preaching her hatred of me.

The information being posted is very personal in nature and has placed me and my husband in harms way.

Pictures of me , our home, or address and phone number ....our lives .

Local authorities say that check it out...but nothing was done.

She lives in NJ and I live in MN.

What can I do to stop her. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Contact Ebay and report the matter to them and seek their advice telling them you are wishing to pursure matters legally. Consult with a good attorney. Be sure to file a police report first. Gather as much evidence as you can (Save web pages, emails ec..). Document everything you do and everything this person does. See if you can file a restraining order or some related order of some type.
