I have a steyr aug air gun and when i put my battery in, it wont work. Will someone please help me for this?

Visually inspect the pins and sockets in the battery connectors. These may become shifted to one side and not allow good contact.

you can re-center them using a sharp pointy tool such as a toothpick.

Barring that possibility, you may have a short. A continuity tester can be found at most hardware, auto parts, and electronics stores for around 5$. Get one, follow the instructions, and see if you can locate the short.
