I have a strange bug bite?

okay, so i noticed a bug bite on the back of my neck yesterday morning. Its about the size of a mosquito bite but it has a head on it like an ant bite. It hurts really bad if i touch it at all & it shoots pain around my neck. Any ideas on what it is or how to treat it?
