i bought a plant from Peterson Air Force Base a while ago cause i thought it was very interesting. the plant has very shiny leaves and is kind of viny. the flowers are extremely small with a tiny hole at the end of them, so they are almost intirely closed like a ballon, and in the hole you can see the polen stalks and what not. this plant didnt have a tag on it to tell what it was or even a price bar for the clerk to scan it with. they sold it to me for the price of a simular sized plant. i asked some employees if they new what it was and all of them were baffled also. Please Help. Thanks.

  1. Those are classic leaves when it comes to a hoya. There are many varieties.

    Good Growing!

Here's another link. If you read the description, it tells you that colours can vary.

I found another one for your consideration. This is a lipstick vine and it may be a better match but you'll have to wait until your blossoms open. The leaves are similar along with the vining habit.
