I have a stray kitten, and i want to get rid of her fleas. Any "homemade remedies"?

I don't want to have my parents spend money on her. Please help, shes itching like crazy!

Remove it yourself checked one by one.  I  did that to my kitten. Clean he or she the ears, brush the teeth, comb the hair. Don't forget to checked in between the paws, fleas hide there.

ivory dish soap.it works the best of anything i have ever use.you can also put some in a white dish of water next to a night light it will get ones that have jumped off.

i would say give her a bath in warm water and vinegar the smell of the vinegar should get rid of the flees. Make sure that the vinegar is mixed well in the water, add enough so that you can smell the vinegar in the water.

There really isn't any homemade remedies for fleas. If she is inside you need to vacuum daily to help eliminate the eggs and larvae. Do not buy Hartz or Sergent's flea meds, it can be very toxic to cats. The best thing you can do is get your parents to buy her Advantage.
