I have a stuffy nose and i hate medicine and blowing my nose doesn't help, what should i do?

go to the drug store and get some nasal spray, it works it's just saline water, it really works

Take a hot shower and the steam will open up your nose and nasal passages.  Just be sure to keep the bathroom door closed and the fan off so the steam can build up in the room.

Try sucking on something minty works a treat for me x

Old fashioned but effective remedy- boil a pot of water, take it to the bathroom, stop up the sink, pour it in, then put your head under a big towel and breath in the steam- it's not easy to do, but it does break up congestion and soon you'll have a very running now- make sure you have plenty Kleenex right there.
