I have a stye please help!!!!!!!!!?

i am 17 years old and i have a stye and prom is in a couple of days what is a fast and painless way of gettin rid of it

i always rub a gold ring across and that works for me i was told by my late nanna  try it

The best thing you can do is use warm compresses on it several times a day.  The stye should eventually come to a head and break, and will usually clear up shortly after that.  Make sure you clean all of the gunk out thoroughly. The warm compresses will also help with pain and irritation associated with styes.

Put a potato in the microwave for 1 minute. Cover it with a cloth and use this as the warm compress over your eye. It is not too hot and it will stay warm for a longer time. The heat will help get rid of it.

hi! well you arent gonna be able to get rid of it completely i dont think. but you can make it much smaller and less noticeable. make a hot cup of cammommile tea (how do you spell that) and leave the little bag in so it gets really dark. once the water is cooled down just a bit, get a big wad of cotton and wet it with the cammommile. cover the cup so that it stays hot.

careful you burn yourself, slowly get it closer to your eye until its cool enough to keep it touching your eye. leave the cotton wad on there like a patch until it gets cold. throw that away and with another cotton wad repeat. do this three times in the morning and in the evening. you should totally be fine for prom.

oh! and whatever makeup you use for prom, never use again cause the styes carry bacteria and you could infect yourself again or the people you share your makeup with.
