I have a subwoofer, don't know what to do with it.?

so, i saw this subwoofer in the trash of my neighbors. Because i am an audio freak i thought i ould take it and play with it a few. It was raingin so the subwoofer was exposed to water. I dried the water out and examined. It is a Logitech Z650 ( http://www.logitech.com/pub/pdf/speakers/z560.pdf ) It is a power subwoofer that requires a controller with a special cable for an audio input. i do not have that adio controller. THe audio controller connects to the subwoofer thorugh a special cable. I have a pioneer system 5.1 with 2 Polk r50's running, iw anted to add a subwoofer to them. I do not knwo what to do with this sub that i found. A: i don't even knwo if it works. B: i dont even know if i can get it to work

so my question is. How can i test it to see if it works? If it does work, how to i set it up with my pioneer 5.1 amp?

that sub is part of a computer 5.1 audio system. i dont think you can get it to work on a regular audio receiver.

Put it back in the trash can.

There was a reason it was there to begin with.

One reason being that it was a Logitech.
