I have a summative 12-minute run for Phys.Ed.. how can i prepare?

A 8/10 is 8.5 laps, and my best has only ever been 8 laps.

What can I do? I need to get that 8 and I really want to do good.

What are some tips that can take my mind off the tiredness while running?

P.S: Im prepared to puke after running if i have to.

  1. Well, you know, things about positive things like, what fun things you're going to do after school and like memories and that happy, positive stuff, and if you think about it for a long time, before you know it, you'll be done.
