I had knee reconstruction surgery about 9 mo. ago and I have a big scar on my knee. I barely have feeling on one side of my knee. My scar still hurts when I even barely hit it against something. It like really hurts. Is there a cream or something that would help my scar heal better or will it just always be like that?

  1. straight vitamin E oil on the scar two to four times per day for a long term period will take the scar way down. It's the only product that i know truly does work. Those others on the market don't work nearly as well.

Of course, the larger the scar, the longer it takes to make it better.

And it takes being faithful to using the vitamin e every single day. But, i know for a fact it makes scars so much better, almost nearly impossible to see. I used it for months on my face and it became almost invisible. Of course my scar line wasn't bad to begin with. But i also used it on a few other older scars and it made huge differences there too.

Vitamin E can be found in any store that sells any type of pharamacy products. Even walmart, kmart, target, grocery stores and more. I bought the generic, cheapest i could find. Like 2.50 for a big bottle. I poke one open and use a very small little jar that i bought. Then i just put saran wrap on it to keep it fresh and use it throughout the day. Helped me even with stretch marks!

As for the sensitivity, the nerve endings shouldn't be so sensitive over time. Though, after 9 months it should have been healing better than this by now. Did you talk to your doctor about it? Your body just may take longer to heal, but it should happen.

    Good luck.
