I have a swishy sound in my ear, especially when i bend over or lay my head down...

i dont know what it could be because i havent been in water. and when i take a shower it doesnt feel i get water in my ear. last night i tried using my daughters .....well i call it a (booger getter)..and yes dont worry i cleaned it..

Try alcohol and vinegar, they also sell it at the store you put in one drop of the mixture and you should feel the difference right away.

A Dr. may have to clean your ears with a warm liquid solution.

Dont use Q Tips, you'll push the liquid in further. There is an ear wash you can get over the counter, read the directions carefully.

If you have any dizzyness, go to the Doctor

It could possibly be an early stages of an ear infection, the advice of the others on irrigated are good ones to start with. If pain or dizziness come into play I would suggest going to an urgent care or your doctor to have it looked at.
