I have a symphonic WF20L6

Question

I have a symphonic WF20L6 flat screen tv that I just plugged in after having unhooked for a few months and can't program the channels in. I go under menu, then channel program but there is no enter button to activate it. I can scroll down using the up and down channel arrows but can't find a way to select anything.
