I have a tan with a little black granite kitchen countertop and I am at a lost as to the right backsplash.

Question

I do not like the way the travatine looks. I have gone to lowes and home depot sooooo many time and cannot seem to find the right one. Everything is all white, but I did change to k***s on the doors to silver and going to change appliances to stainless steel. Please help with pics or websites for me to go to. If you want all white then consider subway tiles or a square white tile on a diagonal pattern.

not to be a stone snob or anything but i work in a Stone yard and we sell a HUGE selection of tiles to be used as back splash... Stop going to Lowes and H.D. go to a real store... a speciality store.. or look into Oceanside Glass Tile.. I'm sure you'll be able to find something you like... If you lived in So Cal I'd tell you to come see me at work.

Tin ceiling tiles look really cool as a blacksplash.  Use silver tiles if you're going with stainless appliances.  Enter ceiling tile backsplash on a google images search and you'll get lots of beautiful pictures.
