I have a temperature around 102.5, how long can i wait till i need to go to a doctor?

I've been sick for 4 days now. I'm taking extra strength headache and pain reliever, but only the recommend dose. When i go to bed or am about to, i get really cold. Also, when i told the headache reliever, it dropped my temperature down to 97.7. Should i visit a doctor as soon as possible?

WTH, go now!!! if you have an teemperature over 105 degrees u die!. trust me. my cousin had a fever of 104 degrees and he wasnt treated and now he is retarded.
