I have a tennis match in about 1:30 hours (5pm EST). It's supposed to be about 88-92 degrees during the match. I'm kind of tired too. Is it worth it to drink a Red Bull before the match to get the energy? Or is it not worth getting dehydrated from the drink? I've been drinking a lot of water today. About 5 bottles of water plus a gatorade.
