I have a teribble shoulder pain while throwing a ball..?

Friends.we had catches & throwing practice a month or 2 ago...since then my shoulder has a teribble pain while throwing..its dosnt pain while doing any d**n thing..not even bowling..it dosnt even pain while picking up any weight..only pains when i throw ball from above my head..Im 20 yrs..n dint have any shoulder problem in past or any knida opration..help me out ...

Sounds like it could be your Rotator Cuff, which is probably the most common injury for Pitchers.  See a doc, it's pretty easy for them to diagnose, just moving your arm around.

your arm ball may be worn out. it will not withstand for the jerks. Is there any recurant dislocation of the shoulder joint.? Un till and unless with out seeing your arms joint ex-ray nothing can be say. For the time being don't use the particular hand for any hard work.Give rest to your arm.
