followed by

1 Tbsp. Honey mixed with lemon juice...works

tylenol is for pain.  Claritin and Zyrtec are for allergies.

Try a cough medicine like Robitussin.

could be a food allergy! If it is more like something stuck in your throat or like a clearig your throat cough! good luck
