I was on vacation for a week and I've been sick since last tuesday (about 5 days) I have a cough and feel really tired all the time. I went skating today for the first time since over a week ago and I couldn't get through more than 1 element of the test without getting winded and having to rest for a bit. I'm worried about this happening on test day. I'm skating once more before the test (the morning of). i'm not sure if I should try to exersize or try to rest a lot, or if I should skate hard for my practice or not use up my energy. And also if its a good idea to have some sort of drink like gator ade or some energy drink so I'm not so tired..Please help! I really don't want to fail my test. (its preliminary moves btw)
