  1. B...burglary means the crime of breaking into a vehicle, house, store, or other enclosure with the intent to steal

  2. Well essentially its a crime against property, so maybe occupancy? or possession? sorry. i'd google it.

  3. c.  occupancy

  4. Occupancy.

The difference between burglary and theft  is the unauthorized entrance to a structure. The others could all be theft, but occupancy would be a required element of burglary.

  5. ownership

  6. it would be c. a, b are just theft

  7. It would be B: Occupancy.

Burglary is still 'defined' as breaking and entering, i.e, into someone's home.

Even if you steal nothing, you are still burglaring if you break into someone's home. It can't be a crime against possession, because you do not need to steal a possession to be a burglar. Therefore ownership does not apply, either. It's a crime against occupancy. Occupancy is the condition of holding, possessing, or residing in a house, or estate, etc.

  8. Everything from a to d or more but to make it short is " forcing one  to submit one's belongings"

  9. B

    ownership

  10. Immediately toss C out of consideration.

    1) burglary is a property crime.

    2) Burglary does not affect ownership, per se.

    3) it does deprive the owner of custody and control

  11. b. ownership

  12. C. Occupancy is the correct answer.

  13. ummmmmm i would say"possession"

  14. http://www.duhaime.org/LegalDictionary/B...

A person is guilty of burglary if he enters any building or part of a building as a trespasser and with intent to commit any such offence as is mentioned ... below; or having entered any building or part of a building as a trespasser he steals or attempts to steal anything in the building or that part of it or inflicts or attempts to inflict on any person therein any grievous bodily harm.

Trespassing is occupying so the answer is C

  15. If you arrest someone for burglary, I don't think a judge will ask you that question.
