I have a tiny black spot on the side of my tounge what can this mean?

I also have teeth marks on the side of my tounge which is like a white color and now along with that I have this small tiny black spot on the side what can this be?

If it is black, then it is probably old blood, from biting your tongue.  You bit it hard enough to make it bleed, but the outer layer didn't break, so the blood did not drain.

It will go away by itself.

Ever pinch your finger in something and cause the under layer of skin to break and bleed, but have to damage to the outer layer, causing a blood filled blister to form?  It's the same thing.
