I have a tivo recorder what are the best discs to use to record?

i have a tivo humax recorder and i have a couple of movies that i recorded to the tivo. i want to be able to burn them to a disc using the tivo burner, but i am unsure what the best discs to buy. does anyone know what are the best dvd discs to buy to use on my tivo humax dvd recorder?

I haven't had any problems when buying the cheapest disc I can find. Just make sure the format handles + and - discs
