I have a token or coin on front George Herman Ruth 1895- 1948 back says GRIT salesman Family newspaper worth

The front side ( looks like a coin but I believe it is a token or something) has a picture of a man holding a baseball bat with ghruth around the top side of the coin the back says americas greatest authorized GRIT salesman Family Newspaper. Is this worth anything. I know that it is atleast 55 years old as it was mine when i was younger. Is it worth anything?????
