  1. Sell them on ebay.

  2. Sell them on Amazon, Homeschool Legal Defense, Homeschoolbid.com, vegsource, yahoo groups, etc. You can sell educational materials on Ebay, but not Teacher Editions, which can be extremely limiting if you are selling homeschooling textbooks.

  3. The Homeschool Buyers Co-op has free classified listings.  It's free to join.

Also, if you'd like to "trade" them for other types of books, or CD's even, then look into Paperback Swap.  HS curricula items go quickly there!  For every book you send out, you'll get a credit you can use for a different book (from any genre), or use it at the sister site, SwapACD.

  4. If you don't want to sell the textbooks, you can give them to the Book Samaritan.  This is an organization that gives homeschool curriculum to those who can't afford it.  The link is below:

  5. I would try selling them to an organized Homeschool group.  They usually sell used books to their students and buy them back anyway.

  6. You could donate them to a local home school group who often times hold curriculum swaps each year.

You can also donate them to a local church library; many churches have listings for local home school groups they contact when these become available.

Or, you can post them on a curriculum site, and try to sell them.

This yahoo site seems to be very active in it.

  7. Ebay or Freecycle.
