I have a top and bottom retainer and i havent worn them in a long time. My top one is now to big.?

But the bottom one isn't. Can i get the top retainer to fit again with out going to the orthodontist?

  1. They will fix that next time you go they will resize it by doing a remolding of your teeth. That's supposed to happen.
