I have a toshiba Satellite laptop. I recently encounted a virus and was prompted to download a anti-spyware. I did this and then was required to re-boot the computer. After re-booting, I returned to the login page, selected my icon and it started to initialise my settings, but suddenly went to logoff and save my settings. I have re-booted several times and also tried other user icons. I can not get beyond the login screen and thus I can not get into my laptop. Can you please suggest a way to get through this login screen. thanks
