  1. Google Toshiba laptop (your model number) replacement keyboard.

you can replace the keyboards on allmost all laptops, its a simple enough job requiring a screwdriver and about half an hour.

even people without computer knowlege can do it, just look online for "laptop keyboard replacement instructions, most laptops come apart the same way.

expect to pay 30-60$ + Shipping for a new keyboard.

Or you could just buy an external keyboard. look on newegg.com for em. get a USB one, chances are your laptop dosent have PS/2 Ports(no, not the console, its a type of connection)

  2. Well to rearrange them you can go here:

    http://www.machinaelectronics.com/store/...

But if you want to actually purchase a new one, you may be able to locate the part here http://www.sparepartswarehouse.com/vendo...

These replacement instructions might help http://www.irisvista.com/tech/laptops/To...

It's very difficult to find support pages of any use since I don't know your model number, but I'll cut you some slack since your keyboard doesn't work.  :)

    Good luck man!

  3. Maybe you should bring back your computer to where you bought it and they will give you a new one to use until yours is fixed or they will just give you a the new one to keep.

  4. I had the same problem with my toshiba lap top. I took it to various computer specialists, and they said they couldn't do anything. So I just bought a wireless keyboard, it kinda defeats the purpose of having a laptop though.
