Insert your recovery disk and fix the problem...

this is how,

on boot, press DEL... select CD/DVD on 1st boot device.

The recovery disk will be read and then follow the instruction, choose fix.

Had the same problem last year with my Toshiba. My technician installed a new versin of Bios which worked for a bit but then he told me that windows was installed incorrectly. Try running a repair through your windows boot disk or simply re-install windows which worked for me. Never had the problem again and its been 1 year
