I have a toshiba satellite lap top about 2 years old. I installed a logitech quickcam communicate deluxe. When i plug the cam into the usb port, i get an error message that my computer does not recoginze the usb This computer is only 2 years old. Shouldn't it be able to connect to the logitech cam ?
