I have a tote direct placepot for today's ascot, but one of my selections didn't run, do i get my £5 back?

Horse Racing is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. Who bets on a bunch of midgets that weigh 70 pounds riding on top of horses? It's the biggest joke out there.

If you have a non runner in a placepot then you are automatically given the favourite in the race.

If there are joint favourites and one of them should win or place yours will be the horse carrying the lowest racecard number on the card.  

So if joint favourite number 13 places 3rd and joint favourite number 3 doesn't place, then you placepot loses.  The other way round it wins.
